Vitamin C

Sufficient intake of vitamin C to our body is very necessary to maintain and repair the cells and bones. It helps also to fight infections, improve cholesterol, and lower the risk of having cancer and cardiovascular disease.   1. I always have vitamin C tablet at home. I'm not a fruit eater like citrus, I need more vitamin specially in a condition we have with this unpredictable climate.
