Conduct Tenant Screening

In the property renting business there are always risks that are involved. One of it is the tenant’s capacity to pay the rental obligation. I’m sure it is not new anymore to you that tenants are kicked out due to unable to pay the rent.

In this recent times, if you are the landlord and you are worried about of such particular case, you already have an option to hire TransUnion to conduct tenant screening. This company helps business individuals in gathering, delivering information and analyzing. Through the company’s tools the landlords can absolutely attain their business goals especially in the phase of decision making such as whether to accept of reject a certain tenant.

I can say that for any business owners who certainly want to start a smart move, getting deeper into conducting tenant screening like the criminal background check for additional safety and security is absolutely a wise decision.

When I found out about the advantages of using this service, I questioned myself that why don’t we use also this awesome service for our future tenants since the existing ones will be gone in the few months? Well, this is another important factor that I need to speak to my husband since he will be the one to do the financing.

3 Easy Ways to Organize Spring Cleaning Chores

This post brought to you by Insurance Hunter. All opinions are 100% mine.

I am so grateful that I came up with 3 easy ways to organize my spring cleaning chores. As a wife, mother of two little kids, working part-time online, balancing my time is somewhat frustrating sometimes especially if there are things or activities that didn’t meet at the end of the day.

Sometimes I wished of becoming a superwoman so I can accommodate everything, but I know there is no such thing in this world. However, there are strategies that will certainly help balance time to make life happier and live better.

I visited the blog of  Insurance Hunter days ago and after reading the Tips for getting your spring cleaning chores organized I was enlightened and asked myself  “why don’t I try that?”  There’s no harm in trying anyway. All I have to do is to follow it thoroughly and don’t mess around with it or else no improvements will occur.

Now I want to impart to you what I have learned. In fact the tips are more than 3 but I get only the easy ways that I feel comfortable dealing with.

3  Easy Ways to Organize Spring Cleaning Chores

First. Create a “To-Do” list of chores that need to be finished.
Second. Arrange the chores listed in “To-Do” list according to its importance.
Third. Create a timeline and assign a number of dates when you plan to complete each chore.

Needless to say, I have begun implementing the tips now that it is spring here in Canada and the weather is warm and seems full of challenges.

Folks, Insurance Hunter doesn't only provide spring cleaning tips but more than life could learn about, especially auto insurance matter. As a matter of fact, you can get your own auto insurance quotes in their website. So head yourself there now!

Boston Marathon: Bomb Explosion

It's sad to say that the Boston Marathon was interrupted with bomb explosion at the finish line. There were at least 2 dead and 100 injured on this blast.

According to the news there were no threats prior to the event. President Obama have talked to the FBI about the incident and the president is expected to speak out at 6:10 PM today.

Hopefully the terrorists who had caused behind this dreadful tragedy will be soon bring to jail.

Son's Artwork

As a proud mother I'd like to share with you the artwork of my 5 y.o. son. I could say that he has great improvements in drawing and that he learned at school. I don't teach him such thing as I don't have that talent. Is that an excuse? Honestly I was surprised to see the work of my son below- the first image are bees. According to him these bees are sucking the flowers juice which is the nectar then later the bees produced honey. He also draw the honey found in between the flowers.

The second image is a butterfly. He used my star cookie mold that he got from the kitchen to form this butterfly. Kudos to his teacher as she did a great job. I thought our son was just kept playing and sleeping in the school as every time we asked him from school as soon as he arrives he just answered either "I don't know or we play all day."

We are also proud that at his age he already learn how to read two syllable words and do simple Math subtraction and addition. In the coming days I'll gonna introduce to him another operation, the multiplication. Good job to our son! I hope he will continue to show eagerness to learn.
