Frustration over Smart Internet Connection

Here is Smart again messing around with their Internet connection! What else reasons they could give to their subscribers? After renewing my account without my consent here's the kind of service they can give? Well from the phrase renewal without the account holder's consent that's already a big question mark. Sad to say that they can't resolve it. Or maybe they could but just pretending to be a deaf over this issue just to get more customers hence there are issues and tons of complaints with regards their internet connection. I am already tired with these reasons, System enhancement and connection traffic. Hmmmm...what else is new there now? 

Smart you are driving me nuts! Please fix your connection as soon as possible because you're delaying my transactions.

Internet Connection is so Slow..

Grrrrr. This is what I want to utter right now because of it.

Are You Happy with Your Internet Connection?

Hello ladies and gentlemen! Since you have the internet connection are you happy and contented with its speed? Are you not murmuring like many other subscribers out there? The on and off, and slow internet connection are what we as subscribers always complaining about especially if we have rush things to make.

With regards to my internet provider I am quite happy even though there are times they undergo a system improvement and we don't have the connection or it is only limited. Anyway, there's nothing perfect in this world. The most important there is the company is looking for improvement and not always stagnant. By the way, I have heard that with wild blue high speed internet you have nothing to ask for. Is it really true?

No Internet!

At the moment I am here at the internet cafe. I don't have an internet at home since last night. Grrr.... the network disconnected it because I wasn't able to pay for 3 months. I am just here to make my task that will expire 2 hours from now. Before today's sunset I need to visit the nearest Smart Wireless Center to pay my due amount. Hopefully after the payment they will reconnect it again.

Yepey, At Last!

Yepey, after a long time that I've been waiting for the reward is now here. I got a new printer. I don't need to go out to scan my files or have a photo copy because it comes with that features. So I am really grateful. Although I have the flu but still I am still happy because my internet connection is also back. After 3 days since I filed my application for relocation Smart hooked it again for me that fast. So thanks Smart I hope you'll still be good as that.

Globe as Replacement?

There's an agent who keep convincing me to shift from Smartbro to Globe internet. So far I am happy with my current Smartbro connection. The thing I like at Globe is that they have the plan that comes with a telephone. So I am calling bloggers who are Globe users especially located in Cebu City or Lapu-lapu City to give me feedbacks about Globe. It is very much appreciated guys.

Which is Which?

Last night I have pending online tasks to make but due to no internet connection I just went to bed with my children so early. I got really upset because till early this morning my internet connection is not yet back. What I did, I called the Smart customer hot line not the police and there I reported the details. So frustrating you know. This is the main reason why I don't want to pay on time because of their bad service. I'm not really satisfied. I want to shift to Globe but I heard some rumors too about its bad service. Well, we'll see if which is which.

Soooooo Slow Internet Connection

I'm a bit upset lately because of the slow Internet connection. It takes seconds to load a certain file, sites or whatever transaction that needs the internet. Oh geez, soooo slow internet connection! What I don't like there is the company is very updated giving the monthly bill and contacting subscribers through phone once the cut off date is near. Last month they cut my internet connection because I wasn't able to pay for a month, just lapse of 1 week and then they cut it of. Could you imagine that? Hopefully, Smart will do their responsibility being a Smart.

At Last...

I am glad that after those slow moments with Smartbro, it's now back to normal. Of course I am glad also because I can open more than 2 windows which I usually do every time I am online, to make things done earlier from adgitize, entrecard, my blogs and more. I'll be up in a couple of hours tonight dropping ec and blog hopping before going to bed. I have a busy day today but it was a fruitful day because I accomplished lots of things. In the coming days will be busy than before, but hopefully things will run smoothly for me to be fine. To all my visitors all I can say is enjoy life and thanks for dropping by.
