Last night I have pending online tasks to make but due to no internet connection I just went to bed with my children so early. I got really upset because till early this morning my internet connection is not yet back. What I did, I called the Smart customer hot line not the police and there I reported the details. So frustrating you know. This is the main reason why I don't want to pay on time because of their bad service. I'm not really satisfied. I want to shift to Globe but I heard some rumors too about its bad service. Well, we'll see if which is which.
Jov, ang Globe noon kay dili jud mo cut ug service maski 3 months kana wa makabayad pero mo slow down imo connection...pero sa wireless ni sya..di ko lang alam sa wired. wala ko mi apply sa wired kay with phone man na sya den naa man ko landline so mag doble na noon. isa pa pangit ang landline sa globe..sometimes mag over charge sila althought ila mang i-refund pero kapoy kaayo ug claim daghan pod ug proseso. if weekends hinay ang connection if ang place daghan nagagamit ug globe like our place...pag masama ang panahon, turned off jud sya especially if may kulog ug kidlat...if may downtime pod, ila ibawas sa imo bill ang mga days na walay connection....hope it helps you to decide which is which..hehe
